All nutrition figures on this site originate from Jersey Mike’s own publicly published nutrition information. We do not supplement, estimate, or invent any calorie or macronutrient value — if a number isn’t published for an item, we show it as unavailable rather than guessing.

How Allergens Are Determined

Possible allergens are generated by scanning each item’s published ingredient declaration for known allergen terms (milk, wheat, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame). We deliberately avoid guessing at allergen information from ambiguous or incomplete source data — where the source data isn’t clear enough to identify a specific allergen safely, we don’t display one. This is a text-based, best-effort process, not an official allergen certification.

Updates & Corrections

Restaurant menus and nutrition data change over time. We aim to keep this data reasonably current, but there may be a delay between an official menu change and an update here. If you notice a discrepancy — a wrong number, a missing item, or outdated information — please tell us via our Contact page, including the category, item, and size involved. We review and correct verified issues.
